Free Shipping — Always

Every KOEC order ships free, regardless of order size or destination. No minimum spend. No exceptions. It is simply part of how we do things.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. We quote this window to account for the occasional delay that falls outside our control — customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods at the carrier level. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.


Please Note

Delivery timeframes are estimates — not guarantees. While we do everything on our end to ensure your order leaves promptly, once it is in the hands of the carrier, transit times may vary slightly depending on your location.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at help@koecbeauty.com and we will investigate and resolve it for you immediately.


Order Tracking

Every order comes with full tracking. Once dispatched, your tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out — it occasionally ends up there.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. KOEC cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly submitted address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at help@koecbeauty.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
