Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. We quote the fuller window because we would always rather your order arrive early than have you waiting on a promise we couldn't keep.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Because skincare is a personal product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and used, provided they arrived in perfect condition.
